Pobyt był udany. Proszę powiedzieć jak można zamieścić komentarz pod miejscem pobytu na stronie Limby. Hotel bardzo czysty i schludny hotel. Polecam na nocleg tranzytowy.
Jedyny minus to pokoje tuż przy parkingu i wszędobylskie komary.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowolenie zarówno z możliwości zarezerwowania u Państwa noclegu jak i z samego pobytu.
Cieszymy się, że nie musieliśmy na miejscu marnować czasu na poszukiwania noclegu, ponieważ dzięki Państwa rezerwacji mogliśmy po męczącej podróży od razu wypocząć w hotelu.

S hotelem jsme byli spokojeni, jen při hledání hotelu a ubytování jsme museli komunikovat s nepříjemnou a neochotnou recepční, která nám i podala špatnou informaci o začátku snídaně.
Zbytek personálu byl příjemný.

Byla jsem spokojena s kvalitou lsuzeb ohledne rezervace, taky s vyberem hotelu.
Vsechno probehlo hladce,
jediny problem byl s nálezením cesty k hotelu.
Hotel je dobř eoznačen při cetě z dálničního objazdu Bratislavy, ne však z centra Bratislavy.
S pobytem jsme byli spokojeni.
Hotel, čistota, lsužby výborné.

Hotel is modern and the people are helpful. Food of good quality and reasonably priced. Only downside is room walls are very thin. Hotel staff should advise guests to keep the noise down.
Slovakia - I suggest all the airport provides a map as standard to help visitors get around and avoid being ripped off by taxi drivers. Taxi from airport cost 1100sk, Taxi to airport cost 350sk !!

Ubytování i celkový průběh objednávky byl naprosto v pořádku a jsme velmi spokojeni. V recepci byli na nás velmi příjemní.

Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni, jak s průběhem vyřizování rezervace, tak i s ubytováním.
Mohu všem doporučit tento Hotel , kde jsou velmi příjemní lidé, jak majitel, tak i personál.
I přes odeslanou mapu jsme bez navigace trochu hotel hledali, protože se těžko napoprvé trefuje do správného sjezdu z okruhu, směrem od centra. Nicméně místní nám poradili a hotel jsme pak našli.

Köszönjük az érdeklődést! A szállásfoglalással minden rendben volt: gyors, korrekt volt az ügyintézés.
A szállással elégedettek voltunk.
Kicsit eldugott helyen található a hotel. Miután megvan a megfelelő irány, a kisebb utcákban sokat segítenek a hotelt reklámozó táblák. A belváros trolibusszal könnyen megközelíthető, így az autót nyugodtan a hotel parkolójában hagyhattuk. A szállás személyzetével a kommunikáció kicsit nehézkes volt (magyarul,németül nem beszéltek, angolul nehezen szólaltak meg). Lehet kártyával fizetni, ami nagyon hasznos.

s Vaší společností jsme naprosto spokojeni, především Váš pracovní přístup musím velmi ocenit.
Jak s ubytováním, tak s personálem jsme byli taktéž velmi spokojeni.

Prubeh objednavky - velmi rychly, prijemny pristup i po telefonu
ubytovani - pokoj c.13 - spousta prachu na podlaze, rezavy sprchovy kout, jedno prosteradlo potrhane a na polstari jedne postele skvrny - nereklamovali jsme na miste, protoze jsme prijeli velmi unaveni pozde vecer a rano opet pokracovali v ceste
sluzby - rano nam bylo uctovano o 180,- SK vic, teprve po pripomenuti, ze bylo nasmlouvana jina cena (upozorneni na obsah e-mailu/poukazu) mi byla castka 180,- SK vracena ... slecna recepcni se velmi omlouvala, ale mela vyssi cenu predepsanou od sve vedouci na nejakem malem papirku
lokalita - velmi problematicke hotylek najit, novostavba, ale okoli neutesene, opravdu jen na prespani - v tom pripade je cena vysoka
Doufam, ze moje pripominky Vam pomohou zlepsit sluzby klientum. Skoda, docela jsme se tesili, ale nakonec jsme odjizdeli velmi zklamani. Ani jsme nevyuzili planovanou relaxaci v bazenu - 300,- SK na osobu a hodinu - poplatek, ktery nikde neni v materialech uveden.

wir waren mit Ihrer Dienstleistung sehr zufrieden und werden sie sicherlich beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der Slowakei wieder kontaktieren. Der gesamte Ablauf war sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, a szállás kifogástalan. (!) Egy dolog van, amin talán lehetne változtatni: kocsival elég nehezen találtuk meg a szállást.

Dobrý den, na dovolené se nám líbilo a určitě se ještě někdy na Slovensko vypravíme. Kvalita služeb byla přiměřaná k cenám.

Z przykrością stwierdzam, że nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni o tym, że w nocy naszego pobytu w restauracji hotelowej odbywać się będzie wesele. Głośnej muzyka, fajerwerki i inne hałasy do godziny 4 rano nie dawały spać. Wstaliśmy nie wyspani mocno rozczarowani zaistniałą sytuacją. Bardzo niezadowolony klient. ODOZVA UBYTOVATELA: Dobrý deň. My sa Vám hlboko ospravedlňujeme , moc nás to mrzí , ale bohužiaľ reštauráciu v hoteli má v prevádzke iný majiteľ, v tej danej situácii sa to bohužiaľ nedalo ovplyvniť , ale je to predmetom riešenia.
