Ubytování bylo perfektní, snídaně uplně báječné a vůbec přístup personálu (majitelů?) bez chybičky. K tomu nám přálo počasí, takže jsme byli beze zbytku spokojeni.

Vážená paní, obsolvoval jsem pobyt v penzionu v Zell am See v termínu 3. - 6. 7. 2009 a z celého pobytu, který jsem si v Zel am See a okolí organizoval sám mám velice příjemné dojmy a zážitky. Významný podíl na tom má samotný penzion, kde jsem našel veli příjemnou, milou, ochotnou a pracovitou paní majitelkou. Na vysoké úrovni jsou všechny služby - perfektní pokoj, krásně, funkčně vybavený, čistota pokojů, celého penzionu, jeho okolí. Špičková snídaně. Klidně mohu a budu tento penzion doporučovat svým přátelům. Chci i Vám poděkovat, že jste mi tento penzion vybrali. Rád se tam budu vracet. Vyřiďte, prosím, poděkování i paní majitelce.

Objednávání a spolupráce s vaší cestovní kanceláří byla výtečná, stejně jako zajištění příjezdu a ubytování. Paní Lindenthaler byla velmi příjemná, penzion, strava a ubytování taktéž. Za vše vám ještě jednou velice děkuji. Měl bych jen dvě drobné připomínky: v nabídce ubytování by myslím bylo vhodné uvádět, zda v ubytovacím zařízení je možné kouřit či nikoliv. Předešlo by se tak (pro kuřáky) nepříjemným překvapením. Druhá připomínka je k režimu topení, kdy v noci byla opravdu zima a topení bylo zapnuté jen ráno a večer. To byla jediná nepříjemnost během ubytování, jinak vše skvělé.
