Fill in your impressions: Jsme Vašimi stálými zákazníky, již v minulosti jsme využívali Vašich služeb, dokonce jsme Vaše služby doporučili členům naší rodiny a známým. Bohužel jsme byli nespokojeni při ubytování, kdy v apartmánu byla zima. Topení bylo časově omezeno a nebylo počítáno s tím, že se rapídně zhorší počasí ( dokonce sněžilo). Proto jsme ubytování opustili o den dříve. Paní majitelka nebyla přítomná a telefonicky jsme se s ní nespojili. Jinak jsme s Vašimi službami, co se týče rezervace a podání informací velmi spokojeni a budeme i nadále Vašich služeb využívat. Myslíme si, že nedostatek tepla byl zapříčiněn tím, že se neočekávaně zhoršilo počasí. Manželé Linderovi.
