How were you satisfied with the approach of the accommodation owner/personnel? Very much.
Fill in your impressions: Personál na mieste bol vynikajúci, komunikácia bola výborná. Recepčná nám dala množstvo informácií o doprave v meste, o lacnom parkovaní a ďalšie. Trochu však zavádza, že objekt je vo Vašej ponuke uvádzaný ako hotel, hoci v skutočnosti ide o hostel. Toaleta a sprcha nie je súčasťou izby, ako sme na to zvyknutí v našich hoteloch, ale každá izba má svoju kúpeľňu mimo izieb. Izby aj toalety sú zreteľné označené, takže hneď viete, ktorá kúpeľňa patrí ku ktorej izbe.Veľkou výhodou je, že hostel je priamo na Rynku glownom (The Main Square), odkiaľ sme pohodlne peši došli na Wawel, Jagelonskú univerzitu či k iným pamiatkam, ktoré sme chceli vidieť...

Fill in your impressions: Personalas puikus, kaip ir pati hostelio vieta, pačiame Krokuvos centre. Jei reikia tik vietos nakvynei, be ypatingu reikalavimu, ideali vieta. Tiesa mašinos parkavimas kainavo brangiau, nei 1 žmogaus nakvyne :).Staff excellent,Hostel location in the center of Krakow. If you need only place accommodation, without special requirements, the ideal location. Truth or parking cost more expensive than a person bed:)..

Fill in your impressions: Az épület korának és ebből adódó adottságainak megfelelően a maximumot nyújtotta. Meglepetést okozott a reggeli, mely igen egyszerű kínálatból teljesen önkiszolgáló, a mosogatást is beleértve. A tusoló WC-vel modern és valóban kizárólagosan a szobához tartozik, csak három közös helyiségen keresztül lehet hozzá eljutni. Elsődleges előnye a történelmi belváros szívében való elhelyezkedése ami lehetővé teszi, hogy gyalogosan bejárjuk az egész környéket. Az autót több ,kb.10 percre lévő egész napos parkolóban el lehet helyezni /napi 50zt/, vagy a távolabb lévő ingyenes parkoló helyeken hagyni. A csomagokkal nem kell cipekedni, ha az utasok a csomagokkal együtt kiszállnak a szálláshoz közeli utcákban, ahová még behajthatnak az autók!.
