Na Slowacji bylismy juz kolejny raz, bo bardzo lubimy Wasze gory, sloneczna pogode, dobre drogi i milych ludzi :-) Styl rezerwowania w BT Limba odpowiada nam, jest to dobrze zorganizowane. Jednak mamy zastrzezenia co do obiektu. Szczerze mowiac spodziewaliśmy sie czegos innego sugerujac sie opisem i zdjeciami. Tym bardziej, ze rok wczesniej, za niewiele wyzsza cene mieszkalismy w pieknym, stylowym pensjonacie (w tym roku nie było już miejsc). Sugeruje, zebyscie Panstwo ogladali osobiscie obiekty i jakos szeregowali (gwiazdki) w zaleznosci od stopnia komfortu. Pensjonat to relikt epoki komunistycznej. Dostalismy mikroskopijny pokoj. Nie było mowy o rozpakowaniu bagazy, zresztą musielismy go zupelnie przemeblowac zeby miec malzenskie lozko i zeby gdzies postawic walizki. W pokoju było ciemno, jedno z okien pomalowane farba. Panowala wilgoc, reczniki nie wysychaly, nie było ich gdzie powiesic. Nie liczylismy na luksusy, wybralismy tansza oferte, jednak naprawde zaskoczyl nas niski poziom. Na pewno wolelibysmy zaplacic wiecej lecz nie mieszkac w takim miejscu. Pierwszego dnia mielismy zamiar szukac innej kwatery, nawet gdyby zaliczka przepadla. Ostatecznie maz namowil mnie zebysmy zostali. Byly tez pozytywy: zawsze ciepla woda i przemila zyczliwa obsluga chetna do pomocy (pan w barze i pani opiekujaca się pensjonatem). Sugeruje, zebyscie Panstwo ogladali osobiscie obiekty i jakos szeregowali (gwiazdki) w zaleznosci od stopnia komfortu.

ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a dobré, najmä okolie a príroda. Veľmi nás všetkých potešilo, ako sa ku nam správali zamestnanci hotela a teda hlavne p. vedúca. Vyšli nám v ústrety vo všetkých veciach, požičali nám na našu žiadosť aj televízor do izby, a hlavne nás potešilo, že aj napriek neskorému príchodu večer do hotela, nás čakali a prívetivo privítali. Boli sme nadmieru spokojní.

Az Ön és a LIMBA utazási iroda ügyintézésével maximálisan elégedett vagyok. Vasárnap délután kezdtem az ügyintézést, és este már a vouchert is megkaptam. Gratulálok! A szállást az internetes térkép pontatlansága ellenére könnyen megtaláltuk. A szoba kényelmes és tiszta volt, kellemes meglepetésünkre törölközőt is kaptunk. A tulajdonosok előzékenyek és korrektek voltak.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A szállásról és az ellátásról csak jót tudok mondani. Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeliket és vacsorákat kaptunk. A szobák is nagyon megfeleltek az igényeinknek.

Bardzo dziękuję za kontakt (bardzo miło z Państwa strony). Pobyt był bardzo udany, pomoc z Państwa strony na miejscu (wynikła w 100% z naszej winy) był profesjonalny i załatwił wszelkie niedogodności. Przy następnym wyjeździe na Słowację będę chciał również skorzystać z Państwa pomocy.

Köszönöm érdeklődését! Jól éreztük magunkat. Az ügyintézéssel elégedettek vagyunk. A szállás is nyújtotta azt a szolgáltatást, amit a LIMBA honlapján található információk alapján elvárhattunk. Egyetlen nehézségünk volt, a kommunikáció a tulajdonossal, ugyanis Ő csak szlovákul beszélt, de kis segítséggel sikerült mindent "megbeszélnünk".

Ze strony BT Limba organizacyjnie wszystko OK! Jestem zadowolony z Waszej uslugi pośrednictwa w rezerwacji pobytu na Słowacji i chętnie skorzystam z Waszych usług w przyszłości (już na dłuższy pobyt niż 1 doba). Jedyny niemiły akcent tego pobytu to obiekt, który wybrałem - w Pensjonacie w ciągu całej doby hotelowej ciepła woda była może przez 1 minutę(!), ale to juz chyba nie zależało od BT Limba tylko właściciela obiektu, z którego "gościny" już na pewno więcej nie skorzystam.

s Vašimi službami jsme byli velmi spokojeni, a to nejen co se týká vyřizování pobytu, kdy vše probíhalo až na poslední chvíli z důvodu pozdní objednávky, ale i s pobytem. Vedoucí hotelu byl velmi příjemný a ochotný. Taktéž co se týče výletů po okolí, je tam dost zajímavých míst. Jediné, co bylo trochu nepříjemné, tak chování některých Čechů k Slovákům, což ale samozřejmě Vy neovlivníte. Děkujeme za zprostředkování ubytování a doufám, že i v budoucnu využijeme Vašich služeb.

Mohu říci, že naše dovolená slpnila naše očekávání. Hodnocení ubytování ode mne jen stěží můžete očekávat, protože jsou pro nás vždy podstatnější přírodní krásy a další možné vyžití, a to zejména pro děti v dané lokalitě. K tomu musím říci, že Slovenský Ráj je jednou z nejkrásnějších oblastí bývalého Československa a jeho krásy, včetně dolin, roklin, jeskyní, lanovky a vůbec přírody jako takové zcela splnily nejen moje, ale i očekávání dětí. Mimo to jsme ještě navštívili ZOO ve Spišské Nové Vsi, blízké termální koupaliště a jezdecký klub, kde se děti projely na koních. Možnost trávení volného času je tedy v uvedené lokalitě více než uspokojivá. Jestli bych tedy měl přecejen něco říci o ubytování a ubytovateli, tak musím konstatovat, že byl personál penzionu velmi přátelský a ochotný. Umístění penzionu mimo obec, částečně "na samotě" bylo také příjemné a též jsme využili možnosti si jeden večer udělat za penzionem svůj oheň. Pokoje byly pěkné, čisté a též bylo výhodou, že měly balkóny. Jedinými dvěma skvrnkami pobytu bylo poměřně neupravené prostředí za penzionem částečně i znečistěné odpadky a velmi malá kuchyňka pro přípravu snídaní či večeří, přečemž z toho vyplývala docela nevhodná nutnost konzumace těchto, v pokoji. Měli jsme pocit, že se v současnosti penzion rekonstruuje (tedy v dobrém slova smyslu), a tak myslím, že budou brzy v budoucnu tyto malé nedostatky odstraněny.

Niniejszym składam wyrazy uznania za profesjonalną informację, szybką, miła i elastyczną obsługę. Spodobał mi się tryb sposób, w jaki BT Limba zorganizowało stronę z ofertami. Jest to najlepsza witryna tego typu i może być wzorem dla większości - jeśli nie wszystkich - biur turystycznych. Najlepszym pomysłem jest moim zdaniem zamieszczanie schematów obiektów z informacją o lokalizacji poszczególnych pokoi. Wraz z fotografiami i informacją tekstową pozwala to na wyrobienie sobie zdania o danym obiekcie i wybór najlepiej dopasowanej oferty. Słowacja jest pięknym krajem, niewątpliwie niejednokrotnie wrócę tam, albowiem pobyt na Słowacji dostarcza mi zawsze wielu miłych wspomnień. Tak też było i tym razem, nie tylko za sprawą zapierającego dech w piersiach piękna Słowackiego Raju, ale też właścicieli i pracowników pensjonatu Rittenberg w Spiskiej Nowej Wsi. Byli oni bardzo uczynni, mili i sympatyczni i tą drogą chciałbym podziękować im za miłe chwile spędzone w pensjonacie i okolicach.

wir waren mit der Pension sehr, sehr zufrieden und auch mit der Reservierung. Alles hat gut funktioniert, nur die Pension Rittenberg ist nicht 1,5 km vom Bahnhof entfernt wie beschrieben, sondern viel weiter. Trotzdem wuerden wir die Pension und auch Limba weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank.

Dobý deň Bola som veľmi spokojná, ako s rýchlym vybavením objednávky, vzhľadom na krátkosť času, v ktorom som požadovala vybavenie, tak aj s ubytovaním (mali sme krásny výhľad z podkrovnej útulnej izby, v tichom prostredí). Vzhľadom na krátkodobý pobyt, iné služby počas ubytovania sme nevyužili. Ďakujem za možnosť príjemne strávenej dovolenky

Köszönöm érdeklődését, a szállással teljesen meg voltunk elégedve. A panzió igen kellemes helyen és környezetben volt, a szobák valóban az előzetesen már képen megismert állapotban néztek ki. A szállásadók/személyzet igen kedves volt, külön kiemelném a parkolás lehetősége biztosítására irányult igyekezetet, ami nagyon jól esett. Nyilvánvaló szándékunk a "paradicsom" megtekintése volt, így a közelsége csak egy újabb pozitívum. Ha lehet valamit negatív benyomásként felhozni, az talán az lehetne, hogy mivel sajnos csak az éjszakai órákban tudtunk érkezni, így vizuális tájékozódási lehetőségeink igen korlátozottak voltak, a panzió felé való letérési lehetőség táblával pedig nincs jelezve, így a felfedezés élménye még reánk hárult. Azonban nappali érkezéskor a főútról belátható lett volna a panzió. Szóval javaslom a főútra egy iránymutató táblát, amúgy minden (tényleg) ok.

nagyon jól sikerült az utazás. A szállással elégedettek voltunk. A személyezet és a tulajdonos is nagyon kedvesek voltak. Szerencsére nyelvi problémáink sem voltak mert én beszélek szlovákul. Köszönjük a segítségüket és remélem a jövőben is találkozunk.

Jesteśmy z mężem bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu na Słowacji. Pensjonat zgodny z opisem. Z pewnością w przyszłym roku również skorzystamy z Państwa usług bo chcielibyśmy poznać inne zakątki Słowacji

Mégegyszer szeretném megköszönni a segítségét. A Limba támogatásával teljesen elégedettek voltunk/vagyunk. A 7 fős csapatomból mindenki meg volt elégedve a szállással. A szobák 3 ágyasak voltak, ahol 2 személyest kértünk ott csak 2 személyre volt megágyazva. A kommunikációval és a fizetéssel sem volt gond. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek voltak. Ami kicsit gond volt, az a parkolási feltétel. Az üdülőnek nem volt őrzött, kiépített parkolója. A túra is nagyon jól sikerült, bár 3 órával tovább tartott az eredetileg szervezettnél.
