The villa for relaxation is situated in the central part of the town, in a calm place. Nearby are situated a well-equipped fitness room, hairdresser’s, hospital, pharmacy, shops, post, restaurants and cafes. The house has 10 rooms for visitors with 2, 3 or 4 beds.They are equipped with wooden furniture, cable TV, internet, bathrooms and balconies. On every floor there is a kitchen with a stove, fridge and dishes. The first floor has a bar with a diverse range of drinks and the guests are offer the breakfast. In the yard there is a spot with a barbeque, furniture in the garden intended for meeting of friends or garden parties. In front of the house there is a parking. There is a beautiful view of the town and the sea from the villa. The central beach is 15 minutes by foot far away from villa “Roza”. The house is very comfortable for a family vacation.
