The space

INTERIOR

This nice and spacious ground floor apartment has its own separate entrance -providing you with the complete privacy. It can accommodate up to 7 persons and has 2 separate bedrooms with: 1 double beds (200x160cm), with 3 single beds (200x100cm) and 2 sofa beds. Additional toddler bed for a child can also be provided upon request.

There are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers.

The kitchen is well-equipped and nicely incorporated into the apartment area. Includes dishwasher, toaster, a large fridge with a freezer, coffee machine, microwave, glass cooker space, stove, oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary for you to make a gourmet meal. Next to it is a dining area with a large massive table and 7 chairs.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has a large living room with a 2 sofas.

This extraordinary accommodation provides free WiFi. Brand new digital LED TV has a 106 cm diagonal and can be connected by HDMI cable to USB or portable computer and has a TV SAT.

EXTERIOR

Next to your accommodation is a free, secure and private parking spaces in the courtyard, and next to the courtyard's wall is a parking for several cars.

You can relax on the sun terrace, and spacious courtyard well equipped with another large and solid table, 8 chairs and garden furniture, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with flowers and greenery, vineyard and large grill house.
The grill house is for pleasant company until late in the evening with a glass of local wine.

The apartment is only 700 meters away from 2 local beaches ( sandy and pebble), the sea- 600m, with the same distance to the old town center which has coffee bars, restaurants, bank, postal office, pharmacy and ambulance.

Starting from 600 meters away, or 2 minutes by car you are in front of 2 huge-sized super markets which work long hours during the summer- from 7-23h (Konzum and Lidl), where you can buy practically anything you might require. Marina Kastela with its nice restaurant is located just next to those super markets.

An additional big shopping center Interspar and Emmezeta is also a few minutes away by car (2,5 km). You will find that the local restaurant "Kod Bunara", just 700m away, offers Croatian domestic food at favorable prices

This magnificent sea view apartment is located out of neighbours view, and yet again it is so close to Split and Trogir city centers (just 10-15 minute drive). Its location is brilliant if you are traveling with a car/van and if you want to visit all the nearby magical places or planning to experience all sorts of beaches and great traditional dalmatian food

Use of air conditioners is free of charge, provided that the window and doors closed during use.

No loud noise from 10pm to 9am

You can not move the furniture in the apartment. It is not allowed to wear towels from the apartment to the beach.

Applying wet towels and rolls of toilet paper in the toilet bowl is not allowed. In the case of cluttering the toilet bowl, you will pay damages.

Before leaving the apartment, you have to turn off the air conditioner and turn off the water and lights.

No smoking allowed in the apartment. You can smoke outside the apartment in the spacious courtyard, on the terrace and in the veranda.

The guests are obliged to show the house for inspecting by owner just before they leave.

Respect the apartment and the amenities

If you brake it you pay it rule applies.

By paying the reservation or the total price the guest have accepted these house rules and have to obey them.
