Additional information about accommodation
1. Please when making a reservation send us information about your arrival time at the address of the apartment. Accommodation assistant will wait at this hour in the apartment to check-in you.

2. For your convenience, when you arrive in Sofia air transport we can wait at Sofia airport with a sign with your name and the car will escort you to your apartment that you have booked. Transfer from the airport to the apartment in one direction paid 20 euros. Please specify precisely in your reservation time of arrival in Sofia and flight number. If arriving by other transport please specify arrival time to the apartment address.

3. Necessarily need to specify a mobile phone number so we can contact you in case you are late more than one hour. Cell phone contact Assistant accommodation is 00359 896 83 85 81.

4. Accommodation assistant will show you the apartment and will explain how to use equipment.

5. Required to provide your business card to the assistant for accommodation, if you need any help or have any questions during your stay.

6. Please provide details of your passport Assistant accommodation, so we let you registered.

7. Payment of bills on your stay is made at check-in in cash EURO or BGLeva.

8. Upon leaving the apartment please carefully to see if you forgot your belongings and documents inadvertently. If you accidentally forget something we will contact you via e-mail and send it to you by mail.

9. Never take a taxi from the Sofia Airport. You risk being lied and robbed.
Is preferable that goat to transfer from the hotel or apartment for which you have reservation.
