The homestead is renovated and furnished in the old Venetian architectural style. The main features of the style are hand worked stone and wooden stairs, wooden roof canopy and wooden balconies (gank) which connect the rooms on the same level.

The apartments are situated in a small village Logje (500 MASL), which lies in the northwestern alpine part of Slovenia. The river Nadiža flows close to the village. The river is a tourist magnet in the summer time as people flock to refresh in the pristine waters, which are known to have healing powers. The locals claim that the water is especially good for skin and nerve related problems. The local knowledge is supported by radiostesic measurements which prove that the river has a strong bioenergetics charge which emphasizes on the 6th chakra.
The valley is closed from the North by a 30 km chain of hills of which Stol is the highest peak (1673 MASL). The valley is a paradise for paragliders, hikers and mountain bikers. The Stol area is protected under the Natura 2000 EU legislation due to its abundance of flora and fauna. The area is inhabited by many animal species, from the squirrels, hares, foxes, to a wandering brown bear.

The apartments are situated in the pristine nature of Nadiža valley and offer a lot of active ways to spend your time. We suggest swimming in the Nadiža, hiking the surrounding hilltops of Stol, Matajur or Mija and exploring the hidden villages on your bicycle. For the more adventurous the nearby Soča valley offers great opportunities for paragliding, rafting or flyfishing. After the activities you can take a moment to relax on the balcony with a cup of warm herbal tea and enjoy the sights and sounds of the valley.
Our apartments are a great starting point to explore Venetian Slovenia, Rezija and the beautiful Soča valley.

Ostale informacije
There is a covered picnic place with stone oven, barbecue and stone sink in the courtyard of the homestead. We can teach you to prepare homemade bread or pizza.
Our guest can borrow mountain bikes with equipment.
